Locate the buildup along the fence
Shade, soil splash, and irrigation can create different marks along one boundary. Tell the team where growth is concentrated and identify rust or mineral stains separately from dirt.
Identify wood, vinyl, or coated panels
Weathered timber and painted surfaces need different care from sound vinyl. Loose boards, damaged posts, and peeling paint are repair concerns. Share the material and approximate fence length before requesting work.
Avoid unnecessary force
Excessive pressure can roughen wood and harm finishes. A compatible solution and suitable rinse may be a better fit. Discuss the condition of the panels instead of asking for the strongest possible wash.
Want to include another area? Ask about deck cleaning and house washing as part of your estimate.
Arrange access on both sides
Specify whether you want one face or both cleaned. Access across a property boundary may require neighbor permission. Plan for gates, pets, and planting beds so the agreed sections can be reached.
Maintain the boundary after cleaning
Deltona’s sun-exposed front panels can dry differently from a tree-shaded backyard fence. Check buildup and physical wear separately. Washing can improve a suitable surface but cannot rebuild deteriorated sections.
