These terms concern the Exterior Cleaning Deltona website and the inquiries submitted through it. Effective October 12, 2026.
Who provides the cleaning service
Exterior Cleaning Deltona is a service-area website for JFH Softwash. It is not a separate contractor or a claim of a physical Deltona office. JFH Softwash discusses and performs the work agreed with the homeowner.
From inquiry to agreement
A form submission requests contact; it does not accept an estimate or reserve a visit. Confirm pricing, availability, preparation, access, methods, and included surfaces directly with JFH Softwash. The business’s service agreement governs the cleaning work itself.
Limits of the website’s guidance
Service pages and homeowner articles offer general information, not a property inspection or repair assessment. Suitability and results depend on material, coatings, damage, and staining. No promise is made that all stains disappear, a visit takes a fixed time, or growth stays away for a specified period.
Illustrations and attributed reviews
Images identified as illustrative do not document completed JFH Softwash jobs. Customer comments retain their source attribution and reflect individual experiences, not verified Deltona project locations or guaranteed outcomes. No review score or total is claimed. Externally sourced material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Submitting appropriate information
Send accurate contact and property details, and upload only photographs you are authorized to share. Do not submit spam, harmful material, unrelated sensitive information, or abusive automated requests. Such submissions may be blocked.
