Details provided with your request
The estimate form asks for your name, phone, email, property address, requested service, and permission to contact you. You can add a description and optional property photos. Leave out financial information, unrelated documents, and other sensitive personal details.
The purpose of inquiry follow-up
Your request is saved in the website’s inquiry records, which only administrators can read, update, or delete. An email notification is also attempted to JFH Softwash at cfranklin@joshfranklinhomes.com so the team can discuss the work, estimate, and scheduling. Your inquiry remains saved if email notification fails. Inquiry details are also copied to a central Google spreadsheet for authorized business follow-up; access to that copy is controlled through Google Sheets sharing settings. Property photos remain in private storage. Your contact consent covers this inquiry, not unrelated marketing. Sending the form does not confirm an appointment.
How optional photographs are shared
Uploaded photos use private storage instead of permanent public image links. JFH Softwash receives email viewing links valid for 24 hours, and administrators can create fresh temporary viewing links from the saved inquiry dashboard. Anyone holding one of those links can open the corresponding photo while it remains valid. Share only photos you have permission to provide.
Services that keep the site operating
Base44 supplies hosting, form processing, storage, and email delivery. Request timing, network details, and operational or usage information may be processed for reliability, security, and spam prevention. Inquiry information is not sold by this website.
Records and your requests
Saved inquiry records, messages in the business inbox, and uploaded photos may be retained while needed for the inquiry or legitimate business records. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Ask about access, correction, deletion, or ending follow-up at cfranklin@joshfranklinhomes.com, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
